Booking & Cancellation Policy – Dreams to Realities (DTR)
Please note that once you have booked a consultation with us it means that we have reserved time in our busy schedule exclusively for you. For consultations that take an hour or more therapy time, DTR will require 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.
If you cancel your consultation less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be required to pay the full consultation fee. To avoid this cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your consultation.
You can cancel or reschedule your consultation via the Dreams to Realities website online booking app or by emailing us at informationdtr@gmail.com or by calling our office on 0141 478 0608 or via company mobile on 07814 156504.
To secure a consultation DTR require full payment to be made, this is fully refundable if you need to cancel your consultation with a minimum 48 hours’ notice or redeemable against your next consultation.
