What is personal training and nutrition
The balance between nutrition and exercise is important for your body’s health and fitness. Personal Trainers and Nutritionists can help you improve your individual fitness level while you work towards your particular goals. This training programme can be tailored to your available time, and take into account your particular workout likes and dislikes.
DTR specialise in training for jogging or running in 5K and 10K distances as well as half and full marathons. We also deliver training for the prestigious 85-mile walk which is covered on the Isle of Man over a 24-hour period. A cycling and swimming programme are also offered to assist clients in achieving their personal fitness goal/s.
A Personal Programme
The personalised programme includes guidance, accountability and direction on each exercise type, frequency and duration, as well as providing lots more information to help you achieve your goals.
DTR will work with you to devise a realistic but challenging fitness plan, which runs alongside a modified eating regime. Our “back to basics” healthy eating coaching programme ensures your nutritional needs are continually met during the whole process. Enthusiastic and dedicated clients see and feel positive results within three weeks. This combination of programmes will allow you to see positive changes in your overall health, and you’ll have a brighter and more optimistic outlook on life!
